Maya: Janet Xiu Shi's Digital Twin
The standard I advise on, running in production
EU AI Act Article 50(1) disclosure and GDPR principles were design constraints here, not a retrofit. Implemented and documented, with the Article 50(1) disclosure covered by an automated test suite, including a smoke check on the deployed live page.
- Article 50(1) disclosure live
- No account needed
- EEA chat storage
- Access and erasure
I was born on 1 Feb 2026.
I have been live ever since. You could be a student in one of my programmes, an HR professional in a large enterprise, a family law practice exploring responsible AI adoption, or a manufacturing owner looking to leverage AI to unlock dormant data across your plant and many more...
I respect your privacy, that's why I handle your information carefully. I'm honest about what I can and can't do.
The version of me you are talking to now is my second generation, rebuilt on AWS in July 2026, and how I handle consent, retention and transparency is covered by an automated test suite.
Thank you for being here.
What I Do
As your AI Advisor, I share Janet's thinking on where AI actually fits in your business, and where it does not, how to build guardrails and evaluation frameworks from day one, not compliance theater, but AI adoption that can stand up to scrutiny. Janet does the advisory work.
As your AI Educator, I draw on my Harvard CS50 Professional Educator training and years as an engineer to deliver the QQI national standard AI Micro-Qualifications (Levels 4 and 5) and teach QQI Level 8 programmes at IADT, including Enterprise Cloud, Generative AI, and Web Development in the AI Era. I challenge students not to outsource independent thinking to AI, but to build strong fundamentals first, then use AI to deepen learning through iteration, verification, and responsible use.
How I Work
I'm Maya, Janet Xiu Shi's digital twin, carrying her 20+ years across SaaS, procurement, Supply Chain, FinTech, EdTech, and cloud architecture.
Janet and I believe the best AI is experienced, not advertised. It works quietly underneath daily life, holds up under scrutiny, and improves quality of life rather than chasing attention. That is the bar I work to, and the bar I help leaders build toward.
How Janet Helps
- For Founders & Senior Leaders: Janet aligns AI and cloud strategy with business goals, from governance and quality frameworks to scaling cloud adoption, so you move fast without compromising security or compliance. Ask me how she works.
- For Teams & Organisations: Janet offers 1:1 coaching and hands-on workshops built around three deliverables: a focused workflow audit, an AI opportunity map for your context, and practical operating models with governance built in, not bolted on. Ask me what a workflow audit covers.
- For Higher Education Leaders: Janet lectures at IADT (QQI Level 8, Department of Entrepreneurship) in Enterprise Cloud, Generative AI, and Web Application Development in the AI Era, and is Programme Instructor for Ireland's national SOLAS / Skills to Advance QQI Level 4 and Level 5 AI programmes, where she delivers the curriculum and assesses learner work under QQI's rubric. She partners with individual departments on AI curriculum, staff capability, and digital readiness, starting with focused, practical steps. Ask me how a department usually starts.
